As I mentioned earlier this week, life’s been hectic! One thing I have a hard time giving up (besides keeping you guys updated on here!) is cooking. Cooking is my hobby, passion, calming mechanism, comfort, and everything in between.
So, for compromise, I’ve been trying to find recipes that make big batches that will last for several days or can be frozen. This easy turkey chili definitely did not disappoint. I’m not a huge kidney bean person, so I substituted for northern beans, and I added more chicken broth and less water than the recipe called for, but other than that, I pretty much followed this recipe to a T and it was delicious (and doable on a busy weeknight)!
