Milan Street Style

{Anthropologie linen dress / Matisse booties (love these and they’re perfect for spring!) / leopard crossbody (this DVF version is half off!) / sunglasses (love these J. Crew versions) / Anthropologie earrings}

I have a thing for neutral warm tones… I’d almost explain it as the warm hues you’d see while roaming through a small town in Italy. When I first spotted this beautiful dress in Anthropologie, I was in love (and my mom, who was there, was too). “You have to try it on!” she said. It didn’t take much persuading 😉

I immediately felt like I was walking down a quaint cobblestone street in Italy. I remember seeing a specific photo of Kendall Jenner in a very similar dress there, and I remember feeling like that dress was so fitting for where she was. In this similar version I’m able to imagine being in Rome or Milan again, enjoying some gelato while walking through town!

I wanted to keep the look polished and neutral, with only a small pop of pattern in the bag. I just couldn’t imagine taking away from the dress!

P.S. Guess where I’m headed today?! I’ll be spending the next couple of days on the coast in Wilmington and Wrightsville beach. Make sure you’re tagging along on Snapchat to follow me along on my trip! Smurph10132 is my username.

  1. I love this dress and I love how you incorporated the Italian style into it! I was named after Milan, Italy and went there a couple years ago! Your gelato scene took me back! 🙂

  2. What a stunning dress! I really love the color. Mustard is such a great shade to wear. I also love that you paired it with a small leopard bag – perfectly done!

  3. What a cute dress!! The bright color looks fantastic on you, and I love how you styled it with neutral accessories. Just gorgeous.
