Reflecting on 2015

Happy New Year! I can’t believe how quickly this year flew by! There are so many positive changes and unforgettable experiences I have to remember, so I’ve decided to list a few of the big ones:

1.) I was fortunate to travel to Florida, the Bahamas, New York, and Charleston.

2.) I met so many wonderful new friends I’m looking forward to spending more time with in 2016

3.) I started dating someone incredibly special

4.) I’m able to focus a lot more of my time on blogging than I was before.

5.) I moved into a new, beautiful apartment that truly feels like home, and I’m looking forward to sharing with you my decorating! It’s very new — only in week 6 at the new place.

6.) I attended several weddings this year. These years are definitely ones for celebrating as all of my friends are getting married (I think I have 5 weddings to go to next year). It’s a happy time in life, and I’m holding on to every moment!

I have high hopes and a lot of excitement to see what 2016 holds. I’m planning on several trips, and hopefully going to Europe during the summer/early fall (exact location to be determined). As far as what I’m doing tonight, I’ll be ringing in the New Year at a friend’s house. I’m looking forward to something a little more low-key than the usual downtown party.
