Handwritten Letters

card4fHappy Thursday and almost weekend! The holiday season has approached so quickly yet again, and it has me thinking more than usual — about resolutions, life, and those who mean a lot to me. It’s been a goal of mine to send letters more often to friends for years now, but I’ve never quite followed through. I always seem to find an excuse (life always gets in the way!), but this year and season I’ve realized I have a lot to be thankful for, and that includes my close friends.

Every time I’ve ever received a letter in the mail, I’ve been so happy and thankful that I was thought of in such a special way. That feeling is something I want to relay to my friends, so when Hallmark Signature wanted me to share some of my favorite card designs with you, I couldn’t be happier to share them and send them to some special people in my life. Don’t you love the three-dimensional details?!

Here’s to making loved ones feel special this holiday season!

  1. I love getting handwritten notes in the mail too. It’s great to know that someone actually took the time to sit down and write out a message. It’s much more personal than a text or email.

  2. I really love sending and receiving hand written letters. I once had a pen pal campaign on my blog and must have written 50 letters in a month, it was So much fun. Cute stationary or pretty cards are definitely a must when it comes to sending letters.

  3. What a sweet idea! I love RECEIVING handwritten notes too, so I would love to try and send more! Thanks for the idea, girl!
