By mid August I’m always ready to get back into cooking. Exploring new recipes to add to the repertoire is always fun for me, but I tend to fall out of the habit during the warmer months (always opting for fresh, raw produce whenever I can). Like clockwork, I’m ready to try new recipes again, beginning with this Seafood Cioppino I made for the family last week. It didn’t disappoint and will definitely be added to the list!
